A two-time Pro Bowler, Dockett's current deal was set to expire after the 2011 season. He is now signed through the 2015 campaign.
Dockett collected 57 tackles, a team-leading seven sacks and one interception last season for the Cardinals.
The Florida State product has started every game the last five years for Arizona.
For his career, Dockett has recorded 332 tackles, 26 sacks and four interceptions in 96 regular-season games.
